Redwan has over seven years of experience in the IC design industry, more specifically in RTL to GDS SoC/ ASIC implementation, EDA tool flow and methodology development and auditing. He is skilled in various tools from Synopsys, Cadence, Avatar/Atoptech, Magma, Mentor-Graphics etc. During his career, he has contributed to several Tape-Outs in different technologies (90nm, 45nm, 28nm and 14nm).

Before joining PrimeSilicon, he was working on Embedded Systems (Microcontroller, FPGA, DSP Boards etc.) at the Institute of Information and Communication Technology (IICT), Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), which is the leading engineering public university in Bangladesh. He is a graduate from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from same university.
